    To help us provide you with the best possible service, when you contact us:

    • Provide us with as much information as you can.

    • Copy down the exact wording of an error message if you're receiving one.

    • Tell us what you did just before your problem started, if you're experiencing problems with the application.


    Service Times

    All e-mail or voice message inquiries received by our Customer Service department will be acknowledged or returned within 2 hours of receipt. Upon communicating with a Sunaro Customer Service Representative (CSR), customers can expect varying resolution times based on the type or "level" of the issue.

    Our CSRs are knowledgeable in the areas of benefits and technology; they can generally resolve most issues on a "first call basis". Some issues however, may require the assistance of other departments within Sunaro. In these instances, Sunaro CSRs will act as the liaison between departments to proactively provide our customers the necessary support using a single point of contact.
