Compensation, Benefits, Leaves

Wages and Salary

Infinity Resources, Inc. intends to pay each employee for his or her contribution to the success of the Company. Each employee's compensation is based on the hours worked unless otherwise stated in the employee's agreement. Eligibility for wage or salary increases will be determined based on the information provided through the performance review process, an assessment of the employee's competencies and market value of the position. If job duties change or a promotion is granted, a wage or salary review will take place at that time.

Attendance

An employee's hours of work are determined by the job requirements. The start, lunch and leaving time will be established by your supervisor/manager, and are subject to change in accordance with business needs.

It is your responsibility to arrive at work on time and to keep absences to a minimum.

Leave of Absence

A leave of absence is an extended period of time absent from work without loss of employment and without pay. It may be granted if unusual or unavoidable circumstances require you to be absent from work. A leave of absence may be granted on the assumption that you will return to regular employment when the unusual or unavoidable circumstances permit.

Your service record and the reason for absence will be reviewed when requesting a leave of absence. Please consult with your immediate supervisor to request a leave of absence.

If a leave of absence is permitted, it is your responsibility to communicate any changes to the original agreement. If an employee does not return to work on the scheduled day, and does not contact his/her supervisor for prior approval, he/she will be considered to have voluntarily terminated employment.

Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

The Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 is a Federal Law that provides provisions to help employees balance the demands of the workplace with personal and family needs. Employees may be eligible to take an unpaid leave of absence, for a period of up to 12 weeks per year, for the following reasons:
