Open Enrollment in Effect

During the open enrollment period, employees have the opportunity to review their needs related to benefit options and make the best possible choices for the coming year.

Before you enroll:

• Review your benefits options, including ID numbers for your and your dependents' personal care physicians (PCP) if applicable
  
  
• Have ready your personal information, as well as that of your dependents if applicable, including social security numbers, dates of birth, etc.
  
  
• Decide your beneficiaries for death and other benefits, including percentage amounts that you would like to allocate for each
