Enrollment History
As changes are made to enrollment options, these changes are stored in the Enrollment History. The information stored includes: summary of changes, effective date and status.
To view the enrollment history for an active plan:
| 1. | Select the plan you wish to view the enrollment history. |
| 2. | Click View. |
