Plan Information

Plan information is grouped into sections to make it easier to view and modify the information. Sections that have been completed are marked with checked boxes (), while sections that have not been filled are marked with empty boxes ().

The categories are as follows:

  1. General Information - plan name and related information, divisions, locations, employee classes, eligibility rules and cost information
  2. Plan Highlights - a brief summary of the benefits
  3. Contacts - carrier's contact information
  4. Provider Directory - web address (URL) for the provider directory
  5. Forms - forms and documents that pertain to the plan

To edit plan information:

1. Click on the appropriate link for the information you wish to modify. For example, Plan Highlights. Once you are satisfied with your changes click Done. You can add and/or modify information at any time.

To preview the plan:

1. Click Preview.
