Whether you are starting your employment with the company for the first time
or you are being rehired, there are several things you can do to maximize the
many benefits available to employees.
Checklist
- Review your benefits guide and other enrollment materials.
- Fill out your benefits enrollment worksheet. This includes: 1) Your name, address and other information 2) Emergency contacts information and 3) Tax withholding.
- Consider enrolling in Medical, Dental and Vision.
- Complete Beneficiary Designation.
- Complete direct deposit form for payroll.
- Request rollover instructions if you would like to roll your prior 401(k) or Pension into the company 401(k) Plan.
