Built in 1990 and named using the initials of its owners (Julio Bonilla, his wife, Jinnie, and their son, Julio, Jr.)

All rooms include private balcony, A/C, cable TV and private bathrooms. There are two restaurants on the premises, featuring excellent fresh seafood along with a wide selection of other dishes. Conference facilities will accommodate 300 persons.
