Newly renovated and near to a variety of major historic landmarks. This one bedroom apartment is fully equipped and furnished includes central air conditioner, queen bed, living room and dining room. The futon in the living room could be used by additional guests. The loft has an architecture characterized by 18 feet high ceilings to cool off the properties during the humid months of the Caribbean. The property was completely build of brick and plastered with a thin layer of marmoline. The ceilings are made of a combination of stacked bricks and wooden beams.
