To review the benefits you are currently enrolled in, please click the "VIEW CURRENT BENEFITS SUMMARY" link located on the left side navigation. During your enrollment session you can review this information at any time.

Before you enroll:

• Review your benefits options, including ID numbers for you and your dependents' personal care physicians (PCP) if applicable
  
  
• Have ready your personal information, as well as that of your dependents if applicable, including social security numbers, dates of birth, etc.
  
  
• Decide your beneficiaries for death and other benefits, including percentage amounts that you would like to allocate for each

While using the enrollment module, please keep in mind the following:

Do not use your browser's Back button to navigate; instead use the Back button provided at the bottom of every page. In any event, please limit the use of the Back button for best results.

We recommend that you complete your enrollment in one session for best results. If you wish to stop your enrollment at some point before completion, use the Logout button located in the upper right hand corner; in most cases, when you login again, the system will take you back to or around the point where you left off.
