Enroll for Benefits
Active employees are eligible to participate in the company benefits during New Hire and Open Enrollment periods or as a result of a Life Event.
| 1. | Enter the Enrollment Effective Date. |
| 2. | Select the coverage by clicking on the radio button next to the coverage tier. |

Select dependents to be covered (if any) by clicking on the checkbox next to the
dependent name. If a dependent is not listed under your list of dependents to be covered, click Add. |
| 4. | Click Continue. |
