Submit Life Event


Life Events are events that allow employees to make adjustments to certain benefit elections and coverage levels during a non-Open Enrollment Period.

You have X days from the date of the event to submit a change. If you let the X days elapse, you must wait until the next Open Enrollment period to make the change. Any changes made must be consistent with the qualifying event experienced.

Please enter the event date, select the life event and click Continue. You will be requested to provide specific information based on the life event selected.
