Barriguitas de Viejas

Ingredients

  • 1 calabaza mediana
  • 1 huevo
  • canela (a gusto)
  • vainilla (a gusto)
  • sal y azúcar (a gusto)
  • harina de trigo

Directions

Hierva la calabaza. Cuando esté blandita, majela con un tenedor. Agrege los demás ingredientes. La harina de trigo es para conservar la consistencia de la fritura. Con un cucharita eche la mezcla en un sartén con aceite bien caliente, hasta que doren.
